Who This Is For
TaxOS is designed for tax offices that want a unified entry point to access multiple tax-related applications. Rather than managing separate logins and bookmarks for each tool, TaxOS provides a single launcher interface.
- Tax offices deploying multiple Tax Partners applications
- Firms wanting a consistent staff interface across tools
- Offices planning to adopt Tax Partners software incrementally
The Problem It Addresses
Tax offices often use multiple specialized applications for different functions — compliance records, document management, client workflows, and state-specific calculations. Managing separate access points for each creates friction and training overhead. TaxOS consolidates access to eight applications into one gateway.
Applications Accessible Through TaxOS
TaxOS provides access to these eight separate tax-office applications:
TaxPartnerConnect
Office and client workflow. Client records, commission approvals, deposit tracking.
DDE 6695
Electronic due-diligence records for EIC and refundable credits.
Clear Legal (LIMMA)
Case intake for tax notice matters and CP2000 responses.
Financial Report Builder
Convert bank transactions into financial reports.
TaxFlow — Florida Sales Tax
Florida DR-15 sales tax calculation workspace.
Lien Watch Florida
Lien search and watchlist for Florida counties.
Papertrail Pro
Receipt and documentation workspace with upload and export.
IRS Record Intelligence
Case and document organization for IRS matters.
How a Tax Office Might Use TaxOS

- Launches applicationClicks to open the needed application (e.g., DDE 6695 for a due-diligence case).

This describes intended launcher behavior. Shared sign-in and shared data between applications are not part of TaxOS today. Each application runs independently.
Current Limitations & Readiness
- Independent applications: Each application runs and stores data independently. There is no shared database or single sign-on between applications.
- No cross-app data sharing: Data entered in one application does not automatically appear in others.
- Development status: TaxOS is in active development. The launcher interface and available applications may change.
- Multi-tenant isolation: Isolation and identity handling have not been verified for multi-tenant deployments.
- No public demo: Demonstrations are private and arranged by request.
